MAP Customer Service

As this is a widely read forum I just want to give praise and thanks to MAP and their customer service.

I bought a TKS 501 back in December. Unfortunately the No.6 section snapped when I struck into a carp recently at tunnel barn.
I sent the pole section back to Benwick Sports where I bought the pol (who have been very good and kept good contact) who sent it out to MAP to see if it was a manufacturing fault.

Although they have stated there was no manufacturing fault they have replaced the section as a good will gesture. I’m mightily relieved and it’s restored my faith in customer service.
Thank you MAP. Thank you Benwick Sports. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!
