MAP Customer service

I had an unfortunate incident with a brand new Map pole roller on the first chance I had to use it this Sunday.Luckily I spotted the offending bit of plastic and saved it.An email to MAP last night with pictures and the hope that I get a response(I've seen complaints about other companies and poor customer service/no customer service)First thing this morning I've had a response and several offers of how we can overcome this problem.Im very impressed thanks Sarah at MAP. An additional to this by 12 o'clock Chris in the service department has the replacement all ready being dispatched to me,Brilliant

I can't fault MAP - I busted a pole section (my fault - sheer stupidity) my tackle shop booked it in around 3pm for a new one - which was delivered to the them the following day........so very- very impressed.
