Sensor is reasonably thick for the breaking strain compared to some other reel lines. This doesn't matter as long as it doesn't inhibit your casting.
Powerline is a pre-stretched mono designed for pole rigs and hooklengths. It is roughly 0.02mm thicker than stated.
Work on the b/s.
powerline; 0.13mm = 4 lb 12 oz
0.15mm = 5 lb 14 oz
0.17mm = 6 lb 12 oz
Have you ever tried putting 6 lb of pressure on a fish through a rod and reel?
There's an experiment for you. It's bloody hard.[:0]
These hooklengths will see you right for most commercial work.
In certain situations then 6 lb sensor straight through would be better. I'm thinking of snaggy pegs where the "brittleness " of a pre stretched mono hooklength will be a distinct weakness.
