Pants! 101lb for nowhere, beaten off the next peg by Mrs Munch 113lb. Fed groundbait brought too many fish in my margin, 12 foulers lost ON THE TROT and another 13 lost throughout the match. Lesson learned. Good craic though. Washed, fed, beer time

Brilliant day today, really great meeting up with everyone I managed 165-8-0 of carp and skimmers off pines 3 , but there were some better weights!! @Bagger j -245lb !!! and @nick p 243lb !!@davered5 -173lb , don’t know what else.

I can confirm ash lake contains 324 million perch.
I know this because no matter where or which depth I put my rig………..,I caught a ruddy perch

I can confirm that Paul did indeed catch nearly every perch in the lake as I was pegged next to him .I thanked him for keeping the perch in his swim whilst I bagged 119lb of carp.
