Pellets are available in the onsite shop, unfortunately you have to buy them in bags, not individually ;)

Anything from 12" in the margins to 5ft or so.
Pegs 25-30 are the shallowest and you'll be lucky to find more than 18" at 16m
1-12 tend to have 18" or so in the margins and up to 4ft or so further out
13-24 are on the far dam wall and these are the deepest up to 5ft or so

Hi Dave,
I'm late on parade (as usual) but is there any room left on this shindig for a retired Bog-Monster?

Last year l took pints and pints and bags and bags and tins and tins and this and that and that one and this one and ended up using a couple of bags for paste and about 2 tins of sweetcorn. 😁
Same here. I pickled my own head, I had that many tubs on my side tray. Gonna try & simplify things a bit this year.

Only 1 week to go and really looking forward to it.... haven't fished Alders for years so it will be good to go back.... have just been thinking about what I need to do to sort my gear out and have realised the amount of stuff that I haven't got, so it's looking like an expensive day tomorrow of internet shopping and tying rigs and hooklengths!

@Peter if you could put me down for a gallon of reds please

You won't find any of the small rudd (Vermin as Thorpey used to call them 😂) in Ash anymore that would rag maggots to bits but there's plenty of small Perch that have taken the job over. 🤣

I have drawn Pines lake for the Ella East memorial match run by @Nickp69 on Sunday 👍
My days fishing report won’t be much lol, but I will try and get a detailed report on how the winner caught 👍
Then again I might keep it to myself 🤣🤣😄
have a great time mate, save the hangover for the weekend after
