As regards a taxi you are in the sticks so you might have to book one well in advance. We fish there a lot and on the odd occasion we have stayed over we have gone down in one car and left it there. Then go down in the morning in another to pick it up. The pub can get you a taxi home but I dont know where they come from. Maybe ask Neil at Lindholme about ordering one when you get there or tap his lad Aaron to give you a lift down.

I will probably drive if that's the case, i will only have two pints and if i eat as well i will be under the limit quite safely.

First time fishing for over 3 months, gear sorted (after a fashion) expanders and sweet corn ready, just got to buy fishery micros and maggots. All ready for a blank!!!!!

Think I could manage a bomb and corn rig suitable for doubles lol
