Lost video clip ?

Last week I started watching a video clip on here featuring an interview with Dave Roberts about the Wye. He was sitting in his office talking about last winter on the river.
I think there might be a Clive Branson connection to the source of the clip.

I watched half of it and then had to go and do something else. Now I can’t find it again, here or on YouTube.

Any help re-locating it would be much appreciated.
