Hi I'm trying to find out if there is a day ticket or commercial fishery near Moira which is just outside Ashby de la Zouche.

There is a place called Conkers Waterside near the YHA National Forest. Looking for soemthing near there.

the strech of canal from the waterside centre to the lock is free, after the lock down to the bridge is 4, after the bridge to the welfare/cemetary end is free, i think that,s how far they can be bothered to walk for fees, the bailif ? was a young girl who based herself in the furnace mill bit. the tench are only in the basin end (waterside) and go to a couple of pound.the parking is free, but keep an eye on when they lock up. there are lots of cyclists dog walkers tho, and the swans and ducks DEMAND to be fed. or theres shortheath water http://www.shortheathwater.co.uk/index.php willesly lakes http://www.willesleylake.co.uk/aboutus.html.
