Leg clamp block??

Any one know what these type leg clamps are called or where (if) they can be bought?

They're made from sliding blocks inserted into box section with a threaded handwheel - I'm not sure you can buy them off the shelf

Basically its a plastic block with a hole drilled through and threaded bar in the end of it.
It fits into the box section with the same size hole drilled through and the leg fits through both. Tighten the hand wheel and it pulls the block trapping the leg.
