Landing net pole ferrule.

Any idea where I can buy a landing net pole ferrule (is that spelling right), screw thread end. tried the usual ebay etc, drawn a blank as yet.

Best bet is to cannibalise an old/broken handle as I did recently.

Reason not to throw anything away.

The thread you need is 3/8 BSF you can purchase deep threaded nuts here.

Have just ordered a Korum quick release adapter from malstorey at 5.99, this was before seeing your reply bigmac but does seem to be a good answer to the problem even if the adapter needs to be araldited in.

i got one off ebay but it was a few years ago . i'll try and have a look and see if i can find out where i got ot from . it was a brass one , i was told to stay away from the cheap aluminium ones
