if its the one by the traffic lights at the end of flowers lane then is is called if l remember correctly half pear pit, or also known as the sand hole. its now on the crewe amalgamated anglers card l think after the previous controlling club the LMR went under. its quite a deep water with a few carp in plus other species but there is no decent parking and as a result l have not fished it for at least 20 years. it gets poached on a very regular basis l believe. if this is not the correct pool which one do you mean.
its a long way from kent though to be interested
there is a pool behind a farm on the opposite side of Middlewich rd heading towards Nantwich that used to be a day ticket water, never fished or seen it but that maybe the one. l have never heard of any decent bream fishing there but you just never know.
Hurleston reservoir is still fishing well with plenty of bream to the 5lb mark being caught, but there are bigger ones in there but it would take a dedicated campaign to get them l think.
if you find anymore info about the place your interested then post it up mate.
