Kamasan Matchman Competition

Ive noticed on different websites people talking about kamasan points, I realise that these points dictate the year end winner.

My questions are ;

1) how does it work.
2) How do you get information on the competetion.
3) How do you enter it / can anyone enter it.
4) And finally when does it start and finish.


In other words I havent got a clue about it !! so any help or advise is welcome.

Points are awarded on matches that:

have 50 or more anglers.
Must be open to all.
over 4 hours duration.

1st gets 4 pts
2nd " 3
3rd 2
4th 1

anyone know how to enter it ?? when it starts ??

You dont have to enter as such. If you fish a fifty+ pegger and frame and the results are published in the Mail then you should get the points which are normally shown in said magazine. Your not chunkylover53@aol.com AKA Homer Simpson are ya mate.

it starts 16th june and take into account all 50+ open matches fished on Saturday, sunday and bank holidays.

by fishing these matches you automatically qualify.

just had a quick google and i gotta agree it looks like 50 again. I thought it had been dropped to 40 due to only a handfull of venues achieving the 50 anglers needed.
