Ice skating.

I'm going ice skating tomorrow for the 1st time...

Is there anything i can do to avoid it being a painful debut?

yes dont get on the ice :lol:
one saftey tip for you if you fall flat on your face with your arms out stretched make sure you pull you close your hands to a fist very quickly other wise you may end up with none

1 dont fall over
2 wear a pillow on your ass
3 dont let go of the edge[][]

lee were you going ? Cannock? Keep out of the middle [].I took the little un the other week. It gets a bit crowed. It was my first time in god knows how many years. I was doing double twists, and some right tricks and they were all planed [] honest [:I][][][]

i dropped lucky...

All public skating cancelled due to an ice hockey tournament....shame really because i was looking forward to it.

and i travelled 80 miles to get there and back.

80 mile round trip , were the heck did you go [?]. We have Cannock, telford, bham and Tamworth ice rinks by us and none of them are 40 mile away

Willenhall to stourbridge(pick up eldest daughter)to Bridgenorth to Telford and return.
