Had similar issue. Calls went unanswered. They claimed emails go to junk folder. They didn't respond to their website contact form. They did respond on Facebook but items haven't arrived still from November order. Now pursuing refund through PayPal. Shame, their pricing was great. Won't ever use again.
Hi @Bigmonkey79 what was you order number? You dont need to pursue a refund via paypal, simply email us at shop@iansfishingtackle.co.uk or call in 01785715744 and it will be sorted instantly.
