Hi guys,
Always love to see all the content in this group, but I would also like to share something really special with you all. Broke my PB pike last week with an insane record fish of 131cm. Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance of weighing this fish, but should have been close or over the 40lb mark.
Lure used was the Berkley sick vamper and rod and reel were the Abu Garcia Beast Pro 198cm 30-90g and Abu Revo Beast 41hs with 0.14mm spiderwire smooth 8.

I challenge you to go out and catch a really big pike, any legal way you like......

You will find that it is remarkably difficult.

Try trawling the likes of Windermere with a big dawg lure without some idea there's fish there. It's 10 miles long ?
