Welcome Henry,
Stale bread soaked overnight, then put through a blender.( Make sure you have permission to use it).Dependant on how fine you want it,you can cut off the crusts before soaking.Make sure it is sloppy when using.

Very easy to do.
Take a fresh loaf and cut off the crusts.tear in to smallish pieces and place in a lquidiser, the bread is done when its all reduced to a fine crumb. A slightly different texture can be obtained if the crust is left on.
The liquidised bread can be put into a bag and frozen for future use or used immeadiatly.
To use, gently squeeze in to a small ball It will float for a moment and then break up as it sinks giving a fine cloud effect. Do not over squeeze it.

chill out go fishing
