Every night I take them off and throw them against the wall, if they bounce or slide off the wall they are worn the next day. Only when they stick to the wall do I change them....simple.

I'm always changing mine. I swop 'em over daily, it evens the wear out against me boots and stops the rattlin'.

my bedroom has its own mirco atmosphere, my boxers have evolved so that they can crawl quite quickly, they show predatory instinks and feed on my socks which have more of an gazel type personality and graze over the mold growing on my carpet, my point being why change them when they are doing so well!
