Hi Trogg

It's right next to this place: South Herefordshire Golf Club, Upton Bishop, Ross-on-Wye HR9 7UA

Basically head down the M50 towards Ross On Wye and turn off a few miles before.

Entrance is from the B4224

At the turning bear Left (right goes to the golf club - black splodge)

Follow the track past the first lake

Bear left across the damn wall

Follow the track round to the right up the hill, down the other side

The great unwashed are usually to be found in the field dead ahead

M50 Junction 3, follow signs for Hereford, after 2'ish miles you come to Upton Bishop, turn left at the Moody Cow (pub not my missus) that is the 4224 and Hartleton is about a mile down on your left, bottom of a hill just after going under the M50.

WARNING the Moody Cow is a gastro pub and the cheapest beer is over £4 a pint.

Hi all, I have finally managed to get through the "idiot proof" login process, apologies for my absence!
As Arky has said, everything is sorted for the weekend from 15 - 17 June. I have told Mr Bellamy we have 10ish fishing which he is happy with.
To be honest I wasn't expecting to get that many interested this year as the numbers have dwindled gradually every year, which is the reason I never pushed it in the first place but lets see what happens.
Mainly I was a little worried that if the numbers were low it could start getting expensive.
So ..... who's definitely in? (I will be coming Friday after work until Sunday)

Excellent news Steve, thanks for confirming it!

My wife has arranged a meeting / party of most of our family relations, at our house, on the Sunday of that weekend.
I'm so sorry I shall miss that. :devilish::p

Please put me down as certain.

I know Spanky and Grannyspodder + Amanda are keen, but I'll let them respond for themselves.

Yep - subject to any last minute disasters, I'll be there. Probably Friday-Sunday.

Do you need a deposit Steve?

Spanky just wondering what the costs are? Quite fancy meeting up for a few beers and a bit of fishing as long as its not too serious.

Typically it's about £25 to fish for the weekend and another £15 towards the cost of the portaloo (depends upon the number of people who come). I'm sure @Jessebobs will be able to confirm the exact numbers.

It's a very cheap weekend.

And don't worry about it being too serious.

Anybody else thinking of rolling up on the Thursday?

Not sure mate - will depend on weather and word load.

I will be there but not sure of which days I will be there.

What do you mean, not serious?

I've been tying rigs and preparing bait for months.

:)
