Can anyone remember the last time they saw a goalkeeper being punished for holding the ball for too long, bearing in mind that the law says he can only hold it for 6 seconds ?

On the time wasting front would love to see a rule stopping all substitutions after say 80 minutes or something. Sometimes the last 10 minutes of games are constantly interrupted. I know its difficult to implement with players getting genuinely injured late in games but it drives me mad...

The law for the goalkeeper holding the ball for longer than 6 seconds is the goalkeeper should be cautioned and an indirect free kick awarded to the opposition. I don't think I have ever seen the law implemented.
