I've posted about a few poles I wan a good cheap pole.
I've found a garbolino mahmam match 16m for 399 and a grbolino anthology 14.7m for 369 which will be better?

If as I suspect they are both older models, personally I would steer clear of both. Garbolino have a reputation for breaking no.6 sections and it might be difficult and probably expensive to get replacements. But you pays your money and takes your choice.

Hi, Just a suggestion, If you are going to buy a Garbolino pole go for one in the "G" series of poles, That way spares should be easy to source because all the "G" series sections are interchangeable. Hope this helps.

i've still got a Garbolino Pegasus from the early 90's. Not broken a single section in all that time, and landed carp on it as well as the usual silvers.

nowt wrong with Garbolino

The G60 pole was advertised in one of this months Pole/Match Fishing magazines for 499 - g series mandrel, at least 5yrs worth of spares +
