Floater Cake

Can any one come to my rescue with details of how to make "floater cake" i had the instructions from years ago and today i've been looking for it but cant find it.
If any one can help i'd appreciate it.

I think you are working too many nights.but i doubt it.I will ask then what is a floater cake.

Hi Keith,
It's not that i'm working to many nights, it's where i've been stuck at home nurseing the wife and kids with the flu for the past week and it's doing my head in.

Floater cake is a Boilie/Paste mix thats baked and made to float.

Wanted to give it a go on Sunday at Drayton res but i can't remember how to Mix/Make or Bake it (due to old age i think).

another way is to but a sponge cake mix but mix with 6 eggs adding flavour and colour and then bake till cooked John

chill out go fishing
