Has anyone tried to flavour their maggots with any success.
I know it is difficult to be certain with these tests, as it seems the only certain way is to fish plain and flavoured maggots, on two rods, in the same swim alternating rods. [?][?]

Very rare I buy maggots, I do sometimes buy pinkies and never add flavours. Mainly a caster bread & hemp man.

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

As Martin said above use Archies flavours it will make a big diffence.Any maggots I have left over I take home and put in a small freezer bag with some flavour and then straight into the freezer. These are used later on for either Bream,Barbel or big Roach.
Pineapple seems to be a favourite for Roach and spicey flavours work well for both Bream and Carp.
