Probably not but it can happen for the last 2-3 weeks of the season. Couple years ago when we had that ridiculously warm spell in late February for example saw some great fishing around here. That year was a bit extreme as it was like mid to high teens but just needs a sustained spell of comfortably at into double figure temperatures which we often get once we get into March.
