I recently sent one of my old shimanos away for repair as the bail arm had given up.

Sent recorded delivery at 10 past 3 on Thursday afternoon. Friday lunchtime I get the call telling me my reel has been repaired as requested and can I pay so they can send it straight out. It was waiting for me when I got home from work on Monday. Top class service in my opinion - no timewasting, no excuses. They just got the job done! Also the faulty part was sent back to me so I know what has been replaced.

10 out of 10 from me. I will defo use again if my reels need servicing / repair.

Couldn't agree more, they really do offer a first class service,
