Eye protection whilst fishing

I wear varifocals and whenever I get them changed use the two for one at spec savers to get a pair of prescription sunglasses which live in the car, both for driving and fishing. Tried reactolight ones but no good for driving as the windscreens in most modern vehicles are UV filtering so the glasses will not darken quick enough.

Another consideration too. My glasses have saved me from at least one eye injury when a float has come whizzing back at me after pulling out of a tree or snag.
