Caught the end on sky sports news sounded like the ref didn't know the rules, i.e their keeper off his line by a mile all the time.

its one of those things that has crept into the game recently midge...the refs never seem to pull the keepers up about it...beppe reine at liverpool is a prime example as a master at sneaking a yard or two off his line when facing a penalty...and he is rated as one of the best penalty savers in the worls at the minute
