You can get yourself any new email address and then redirect your Ntlworld email address to it

You need to log in to your email from the Ntlworld.com page and in there you can redirect all mail to another email address.

Once you've got a new email address set up, use that to send emails in future. Your contacts will know to reply to it and if anyone does send one to your Ntlworld address you will receive a copy of it at your new address and can then tell the sender to use that one in future correspondence, or know where it's come from so you can change it.

Here you go Keith....

Log into virginmedia.com and select 'email'

Once your email folders are open, click the three horizontal bars on the top-right of your screen, and select 'Settings'

Once done, select 'Auto Forward' in the menu on the left,
Select 'Enable' and put in your new email address
And until you get used to it, tick the 'Keep a copy of the message' tickbox

@piscatorial im not leaving Virgin ,the NTL World is now a very old E mail
that reason for change
Yes, my wife still uses her ntlworld email address, thats why I mentioned it.
We almost left Virgin Media about 12 months ago after being with them for years, but they lowered their prices again to keep us happy.
I keep telling her to use something like gmail or outlook but she wont change.
