The latest long range weather forecast for Yorkshire is no rain, nil, nein, none, never again leading to droughts..

...how do I know this?

I've just spent all flaming day re-roofing my garage as it had more leaks than the Titanic and 'er indoors was getting a bit pithed orf everytime she went out to the drier and got water dripping on her head [:D] - bit like the Chinese water torture lol

Not to mention all my gear was getting wet as well

So nice new roof = no more rain [8D]

Andy you're right to be worried lad.No rain=no water for the brewing industry in Yorkshire!
By God Tetleys,Sam Smiths etc are going to be ruined just because of Dave.
Better get yer drill out and go and refix that roof before it's too late.
Cheers,
Richard.

Tell you what, I've never ached so much either lol

The roof is 28ft x 14ft and it took a heck of a lot of felt and mastic to cover it....

... thanks for all the help lads, I couldn't have done it without you [:p] lol

What do you mean Stu??

Dave sold me some carp gear to cover the cost of the roofs repair, he said "its only cheapo nasty stuff Al but you can have the lot for 100" so i brought it all & he's right most of it is the kind of tat you'd order from some second rate mail order company [:D]

Well i know most of the stuff is that rubbish carp gear Dave used at Elvington, Yateley etc so i'm assuming your gear is still wrapped up nice n warm behind the hot water tank mate.

Although i did overhear Dave muttering summat about mice, eating, neoprene handles, & Stu with a bat????

Any ideas mate??
