Looking to find a deep water venue to slider fish preferably for silvers in the above regions or within 50 miles of Hereford.

Used to fish at Shearwater for the bream but the lake has been closed since the start of Covid.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you,
Paul

Ok, Steam Mills lake near Cinderford, Forest of Dean ? Most of it is 20 to 25 feet, but deeper bits down to 44 feet. It is an old open cast mine.

Good stocks of bream and silvers, gin clear. It's on the Royal Forest of Dean AC book, although day tickets are available from local tackle shops.
