Is the above any good? I know it wont be the most up to date pole. One has some up cheap near me with 5 topkits and a cupping kit

Possibly a Litanium, and not titanium ? They were the dogs danglies back in the 90's, very light, but not a patch on modern stuff. Still have a Futron (several models incorporated the word Litanium) , it is a lovely silvers pole.

Just zoomed its a litanium mactron

the Mactron was the follow on from the Tectron, around 1994, think unusually it packed away into 1 at 16m. I’d echo the thoughts on elastics, think a 9 duraslip would be ok. When this came out most fishing was non carp!
