has anyone fished brewsters canal lately if so what bait and method thanks for you replys

It's your usual commercial baits on there. Fish either a 4mm expander over a bed of micros and have corner as an alternative. Meat and hemp can also score. The inside margin is quite deep and can be good for a few fish and the far bank is usually home to a lot of fish. The fish have packed a fair bit of weight on in the last couple of years and there are plenty of 3lb to 4lb samples now so gear up appropriately. As for pegs, you will catch from most of them but I'd follow the wind.

ive never fished brewsters but a lad i work with does alot, going on what he told me you cant beat supermarket baits meat and corn, with meat being the top bait the less fatty brands like plumrose

I was on peg 13 brewsters a couple of week back and emptied it fishing worm and caster across and in the margins, and maggot
down the track'[:T]
