Rather than wasting money on 'pre-prepared' crushed hemp I intend to do my own.

Is it a case of simply 'dry-frying' or 'roasting' the hemp to release the oils before lobbing it into the food processor?

Thanks

Alan

hi m8
all i do is put it in
straight from the bag
crush it
then riddle the bits off
your left with crushed hemp
here is a tip for you
put some in bowl cover it
with boiling water (not to much just enough to cover it)
leave over night
when you get to your peg
cup it in and you will get a cloud
of crushed hemp that lasts for ages[:D]
