As a Club Water Baliff on a 35 Acre Lake which has 6 Pairs of Cormorants at present and is also a designated SSSI site you can Imagine the sort of comments I hear on a regular basis as to what to do about the Problem but with both hands tied behind your back what can you do !!!!
