computer help needed

Can any one help i been cleaning my keyboard &somehow i've managed to put the tool bar on the right hand side i like it on the bottom can someone tell me how to get toolbar back to bottom

yeh Norm you're right,
no good at computer's no good at fishing but i'm good at f------g this mr's still likes after 32 yr's so i must doing something right ,good at Humour, good at working out down the gym no good at putting shed's up broke my arm doing that. good at drinking Caffreys just drank 6 cans on my 7 th now.
