Has anyone used this on hard pellets? Or has anyone any advice on colouring hard pellets for the hook. Looking to have an alternative colour when bites slow down. I don't want to buy bags of coloured pellets in different sizes . Hopefully they can be coloured and left to dry to have an assorted size and colour small tub of pellets.

Did a little test for you.
Before, after, after being in water for a minutes.
Theyre certainly dyed still.

As you can see, excess dye will leak off in the water however. Some may see that as a plus(?). How much leaks off depends on how much you put on.

Thanks for that RRH. As you comment , can’t see a bit of leakage being a problem

Certainly not. Dont be put off by the price to ratio of the dye either. Only a miniscule amount of it is needed, im talking a tiny pinch in most cases. A tub should last you years.

Havent tried the other stuff, however if its a no go then the tru colours stuff is an option for you.

No worries and goodluck.
