I personally dont believe in all the hype around manmade global warming, I think it is total rubbish, but I have been on the government website that lets you calculate your 'carbon footprint.'

My footprint, according to the site, is 26.8 tonnes of carbon per year.

Just another load of government spin based on very dodgy scientific 'proof'.

It's strange how last summer it was "Global Warming" and this year ('cos it's never stopped raining) it's "Climate Change".

15 years ago Simon it was 'Global Cooling', the next Iceage was looming.

We are being conditioned into accepting that global warming is manmade. It wont be long before the chancellor, of either party, will introduce a range of initiatives aimed at combating global warming. These will include extra tax on domestic appliances, light bulbs, building materials, and especially travel.

If the government really believed that the gobal warming we are expeiencing can be influenced by us, why havent they done anything about it. They talk a lot about doing something but do the absolute minimum, apart from raise one tax or another.
