Yep, reading the statement it appears they under estimated the mess and investment needed , sad times , especially when they had a good season. Being promoted .

That’s the point , the EFL aren’t fit and proper , should be run by strong clear leadership , the fit and proper text is a myth , Jesus Christ my Club Bolton had a previous owner Monaco Ken who was banned from being in charge of any company but passed the test , when all this is over EFL should be dragged in front of the public Parliament committee to see if they are in fit and proper .
