I don't have a ready rod holdall but don't want to make 4 or so rods up on the bank, so going to carefully put them in the car if can park behind peg.

I was looking at them in the tackle shop, the Guru ones look like something you'd collect from the conveyor belt at Heathrow. Going to get one of the smaller Drennan Specialist ones eventually for what I usually need.

Feed maggots, and lots of them steady throughout the day on a stick float line, just off the bottom, and the Roach plus others will come onto the feed

Hopefully plenty of Dace to go at though if Roach don't show. Probably have an early chuck on feeder if in the 20s but be on stick if not feeling it. In the teens I may stick it out a bit longer hoping for a visit. Don't listen to these tips as I ain't got a clue.
