Bread Mash

I've just ordered some Drennan Loafers and Size 10 Super Specialist hooks ready to trot some breadflake down the weirpool.

I want to make some bread mash to go with it so I'm going to go out and buy a loaf to let go stale for a few days. Can I freeze the mash and if I do, do I need to add more water to it when it has defrosted?

Yes you can freeze it,when defrosted you may need to add some more dry bread if it's too wet.
