Hi All [:D]

I'm fishing at Border Fisheries on Friday on the
match lake.

My fishing partner for the day will be my BOSS [:0]
I really want to whoop him!

Trouble is he's a fairly experienced pole angler
(junior merseyside champ twice a few years ago) and
I'm stuck with the good old match-rod and waggler.[:D]

What I really need is the inside track on how to
fish this venue.

Current tactics are waggler shotted up around the
float and one small shot a foot from the hook to
fish casters on the hook on the drop.

Loosefed casters and dead maggot, a few every cast
plus little and often.

Should I switch to fishing the bottom on meat and
loose-feed riddled meat to pick up the carp?

Agghhh the options!!!

Please help me to kick his butt! [}:)][}:)][}:)]!

Cheers [:D]

Is this a career enhancing approach?

Surely, you are supposed to let your boss "THINK" he is the Supreme Being (at everything [:)]), whilst in reality you know that all the good and hard work is done by yourself [}:)].

Anyway good luck and I hope you beat him, and just as importantly have a good day by the water.

NO WAY!

He must be ground into dust. I will slay him with
my waggler prowess and use his rendered flesh as
groundbait at the Severn Fish-In.

MwuuhahahaHaaaa [}:)][}:)]

(I really need help here! [;)])

hi trevski depending on where you are pegged is how you fish it 5>13 are about 7metres out with red mag corn or meat. you can also get em going in the margin as close as you can get to the bank. if the weathers nice they will come up in the water.the high no 25>35 onwards are normally same tactics but 10>14 metres out
but as before dont discount the margins.if its cold try feeder to the island with a 12inch+ tail for the chub.realisticly i dont think you have a chance against the pole, hope for high winds.

Cheers Ace!

I know I don't really have much of a hope, the only
saving factor may be that he's a bit rusty (hasn't
fished for about four years) and now thanks to you
I have some inside info [:D]

I may have to kick his bait in while he's on the bog [}:)]

Just kidding. [:D]
