Bluetooth photo ,help

Morning all, Im on IOS Catalina
i need some help with a photo,
Ive just Bluetoothed a photo to my iMac ,download was ok , normally. the photo goes to my download in finder
but i cant find it, to add to my photos. in last couple of weeks i have used a Special photo stick to find my lost photos,

dont know if that is causing the problem , help please

Sorry photo is so big can some resize it and put it in doggie thread please, this is my dog getting comfortable
dont know why she wants to sleep on back of chairs
