Hi Guys

As some of you are aware I've just got back into fishing, My wife's bought me the Guru N Gauge pellet waggler (11 foot) what would you say is the best reel to put on it, I will be mainly using this on Hall Lane Parbold, "Gone Fishing" Ince Wigan

thanks in advance for your advice again

Prorex XR 2500RA

Much cheaper than a TDR and magsealed, i have the 3020 for lure fishing and it's the best made reel i've ever owned. Chucks a tiny 21g spintail lure 40yds and that's with 0.30mm braid and 8'6 lure rod.
And i did have a TDR until recently.

I’ve clicked on your link. Apologies if I have this wrong but £135.00 When I can get a 3012 for £40.00. Is there really that much difference

3012 TDR for £40?

Prorex XR reels RRP at £189.99, which is what TDR's sell for now, the Prorex XR is a better made reel in my opinion.

Can get other reels in 3012 much cheaper, but if you wanted to spend TDR money you can get better for less (Prorex XR) (y)

I have a 3012 TDR and paid close to £200 for it but those Prorex reels look very stylish so I'm tempted myself although the TDR is the best reel I've used.

If you can get a TDR 3012 for £40 take my advice and buy as many as you can and stick them on ebay with a buy it now price of £140 and you will sell them quicker than you can write the address labels, the cheapest I have seen one is £189 and I think they are out of stock at that price
