Hydro Black upto 8lb Red for anything bigger.[][]

Have a look at the Fox Hollow (In red for smaller fish to about 8lb or yellow for biggies) or Preston Hollo (Dark blue for the smaller stuff and purple for real lumps)

Both cheaper than the Hydro, and IMHO just as good.

hydro all the way, the only problem ive had so far is i was fishing too heavy on white hydro and a fish just kept going blew up my number 3 [:I]

White hydro, white hydro and white hydro. Use the stuff right and you can land almost anything on it pretty quickly with very few hook pulls. Just look at the way will raison uses it.

How Gaz? Short lengths of it or on a pull bung? I do like the stuff but takes me a while to get anything over 2 lb in.

Black Hydro for me, allows the fish to run but gets them up quick at the net.

its alld own to how you play fish, i find i can land fish to 3lb quickly by using white hydro set soft, you just need to know how to lock it off and if it comes to it take hold of the hydro against the pole [:I]

im converting to pull bungs on my white shortly.

I certinaly like hydro, as does my mate who's a convert from MAver hollows.

I've seen articles where Will Raison uses white hydro in winter with 0.18 line to ensure no breakages, however in this months APF he states he uses Grey Hydro for most of his commercial fishing.

purple hydro is awesome mate, ive got grey, black and purple and thats perfect for all my commercial fishing in summer!!
