Is anyone out there as anal as me when it comes to being organised on your peg?

I have to have a place for everything so that nothing interferes with my days fishing or gets in the way. Think I'm happy with it now, but then again ............

Cleanest gear ive ever seen! All looks brand new.

It's not I just clean it now and then :D Think it's fair to say I've come along way since my 2 tone wicker basket and fibre glass rods I had in the 1960's

I like the side box and tray set up there matey, is that one of those "Feederbox" things ?

asking because I saw this (10 litre one) on ebay and thought about buying it and fitting a small hydralic arm from a kitchen unit to do the same job

another question, what is the little white thing on the left front leg ?

Yes its a cheap plastic euro box. Used an open tray for years and had a towel blow off into the lake on a windy day. Catapults getting flicked off, bait getting wet in a shower and countless cups of coffee knocked over with the landing net handle.

The box is the best thing I ever made and I couldn't imagine going fishing without it. Everything you see in it gets left in at the end of a session. Just close the lid and its all there ready for next time.

Oh and the little white thing is my latest toy. A little cheap action camera I'm enjoying playing with ;)

Not really, I think you need seat box attachments to keep your peg looking super organised and clean, I don't have seat box attachments yet.

Personally as I can reach my feed, And as long as my peg looks clean enough to look respectful and there isn't litter flying about I'm fine

Matches yes, non matches not so. When I was match fishing regular I found that even in a non match situation I was still adopting a pace and set up match style and not getting what I wanted from the pleasure session, needed to back away a bit when weight/numbers wasn't the priority. In a match I reckon it's a must if you are there to compete.

@Maverick, did you simply fix the box to a couple of accessory arms? I really like it and thinking about having a go at making one.

Yes had 2 long brolly arms that my large Ikea tray was fixed to. Removed the tray and fixed the box to them (y)

@Maverick ......I like your setup, very tidy. (y)......But that reaching forward to get to the rod handle would drive me spare.:giggle:.....Understand why you do it for box access though. ;)

The seatbox is the Absolute 30. The box is 600mm x 400mm not sure how many ltrs. There are 2 old19mm preston back support legs that I already had.

If you want to do it on the cheap use an old brush stale with walking stick stopper on the bottom, Did this for a couple of years with my £7 Ikea tray :ROFLMAO:
