I have a week free in July and my options are take the other half somewher in the Trailer Tent or d******e the bedroom.

So me and the beloved are looking for a campsite, and if it just happens to have a lake or pond I just may be allowed to take some kit with me. Of course it has to have things like Electric Hook Ups and Showers but a clubhouse, pool etc is not essential. But they must take dogs.

Has anyone got any recommendations? Im in the Northants area so anyhwere is possible to get to within reason but not too far North.

Thanks

Roy try www.elvingtonlake.co.uk with the added advantage of there being plenty of shops in York to keep the missus happy whilst you fish [;)]

Phone Stan if you want some more info as he doesn't answer his emails on a regular basis - he is 86 you know [:D]
