Try this recipe. Its a Greek dish, sounds very Oriental with the name, LoL. I got the recipe off Britain's best cook, on the telly

Any meat can be used, i used diced chicken fillets, the chillies can be added or reduced according to taste

Prawn Saganaki

For the lagana bread
250ml warm water
25g fresh yeast
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tsp good clear honey
1/2 tbsp Greek extra virgin olive oil
750g -1kg organic plain white flour
2 tbsp organic white spelt flour
Sesame seeds to sprinkle
Black onion seed to sprinkle

For the prawn stock
Shells from tiger prawns (see below)
1 tbsp olive oil
200-300ml water

For the prawn saganaki
1 medium sized onion
6 tbsp Greek extra virgin olive oil
Milled black pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper to taste
1/2 tsp English mustard
1-2 tbsp Tsikoudia (Raki)
500g passata
1/2 green chilli, chopped into fine rings
200g feta cheese
250 - 350g raw peeled tiger prawns
1 tbsp dried oregano
Sea salt
Curly parsley, to garnish
1 tbsp Irish butter
Parsley sprigs, to garnish.

The finished dish

Andy, that recipe is about as Greek as my left testicle, though the bread does sound like Datalya.

Looks awful mate.

If you read Saganaki..........BACKWARDS, then it sounds like a GEORDIE dish LOL...."IKANAGAS" followed by "pet" or some GEORDIE term of endearment. [:D]
