Following on from the "Good Films" thread , are there any blockbuster movies you haven't watched ? I haven't seen any Star Wars or Harry Potter films and never seen the Italian Job.

At over 2000 films watched I get a thing of diminishing returns watching movies and the ones I have watched, mostly the noirs tend to merge into each other.

I’ve watched more films than I’ve had hot dinners but have never seen Star Wars or the godfather.

You people that haven’t see Star Wars are really missing out. Your life’s are missing out. What ever gives you pleasure times it by 100 and that’s Star Wars

I'm not really one for films. The last one I watched was Zulu at the flicks.

Funny reading this in the Guardian

I think the only films I've seen from that list are

Zulu
Get Carter
The Italian Job
The Ipcress File
The Muppeet Christmas Carol
Educatiing Rita
The Prestige

Never seen Kes another so called British classic either!

From recent years

Hugo
Tinker, Tinker, Soldier Spy
BlackKklansman
Dunkirk

And probably a lot more as I tend to watch older films. Got most of my Hitchcocks crossed off the list.

Never watched any of the films based on books by J R R Tolkien. I have read Lord of The Rings and The Hobbit several times but I feel a directors interpretation of his books would not be the same as in my imagination.

I thought that but when I watched lord of the rings I was hugely impressed. It’s definitely worth seeing.

Only watched the original star wars a few years back, don't really do sci fi apart from Robocop (top film) Watch the godfather 1 and 2 if you haven't, don't bother with 3.
