Hey all,fished Aldin Grange yesterday 7/5/10.
Was freezing cold didnt think we would do well due to the cold winds/gust.
Had the great days fishing despite the cold easterly blowing in.
Was using the pole at 13 metres on Kingfisher for ide roach etc..
Got my PB of 43lb's for a mixed bag mainly ide with a couple of roach and blue orf thrown in ,all fell to caster fishing approx eight inches under the surface.
Only ever fished there three times so im well chuffed with the fish i caught [

Will definitely be going back soon as this wind changes [:T] as its a lovely place to fish at and would like to try using just feeder rod with meat and corn for the carp/tench in Blackbird .
