Fished Match here Sunday & good results for a Canal
1st Trev Rymer 47lb 11oz, Bream
2nd Barrie Wright 34lb 11oz Bream & Skimmers
3rd Rodger Ellis 29lb Bream & skimmers
4th Dave Beevers 21lb 121/2oz Skimmers
5th Colin Street 21lb 5oz Skimmers
6th Gerry Blythe 21lb 1/2oz Skimmers
All feeder weights on Worm/Pinkie
Proper fishing[:T]

Cracking canal weights them mate, have you fished Lowther lake this year?

Hi Rich, fished Lowther few weeks ago & Carp up to 7lb[:0] are now showing that we stocked Last November, had the usual 7lb plus Tench but them Big Slabs aint showing yet, going tomorrow though so fingers crossed[:p]

Hey-up Scott, old gimmer thrashes me regular, at fishing that is[;)]
After years of trying club was allowed to stock Carp so put in last Nov 3500 6"-10" & 70-80 3lb-6lb, dont think we'll see the smaller fish for a few years yet[:0]
Maybe this year going to put several 10lb+ fish in[:p]

Is it still a 70m chuck with the method feeder, or are the times changing?

Most fish caught short Rich i.e.20-50yds, still can't help myself though & still had em up to 90yds[;)]
Always fish Method myself but lads have been catching on open ended feeder[8D]

its a huge lake that amount of stocking will be lost in just one corner lol

Your right peg, but from time to time they will turn up, can only be great for that fishery, now wheres my Allerton book and my barrow!
