Hi All,

I'm another newcomer to to the forum, I actually know the originater of this site Dave because we work at the same company. Our last fishing stint together was on the Sandhurst Lake at Yateley to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Relief which was good fun, even though I only managed to catch a handful of small roach compared to Daves 20lb beauty. The next Macmillan event is in July at Elvington lake near York. How do I ensure I get a good bend in the rod this time? Any Advice.

Cheers

Dave

Only one coffee?? I take it you don't want to know much then

Seriously, I'm hoping to get a day in before the Fish-in so when I find out when you are more than welcome to come along and hopefully we'll hit a few good 'uns.

Hey Willie how ya doin lad?

I remember you from the stoney bash at Yateley.

Hey fellas (ouch & lasses, bloody woman stood behind me while i'm typing) Little willie is the poor fella who had to carry the 500lb of bait the other two took with them.

If i remember right willie only had a couple of pints of maggots
Oh & i ain't telling you why he's called little willie either
cos Dave made me promise not to when he told me

My best suggestion for a really great bend in your rod is to get a hook into Trogg's backside. I suspect his first run would be really awesome.

And welcome to you.
